The Chihiros Bubble Counter Spiral is a bubble counter made of borosilicate glass with an eye-catching helix spiral. After filling with water and connecting a CO2 system, the CO2 bubbles slowly travel upwards along the spiral until they arrive at the head area and can be counted. In this way, the approximate level of the CO2 concentration can be roughly determined. The spiral-shaped rise of the bubbles has a hypnotic effect and is a visual highlight for any aquascape or aquarium with a pressurised gas or bio CO2 system.
